GSA Alliant 3 Overview

• The General Services Administration (GSA) has launched Alliant 3, its next-generation Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) to support enterprise-level federal IT services and modernization. It is a pre-competed, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle designed to help agencies procure complex IT solutions with speed, consistency, and cost value. This includes cloud services, cybersecurity, data solutions, systems engineering, software development, and emerging tech support.

• On February 20, 2026, GSA announced Phase 1 awards under the Alliant 3 GWAC. Out of 133 proposals, 43 vendors were selected in the initial award round, and additional awards will be made in subsequent phases until the target of 76 contracts (plus ties) is reached.

• Alliant 3 continues GSA’s effort to consolidate and modernize federal IT procurement, supporting broader procurement reform directives to centralize common purchases and reduce duplication.

VSolvit in Alliant 3

VSolvit, a federal technology solutions provider specializing in secure scalable IT services, is among the companies listed as a Phase 1 awardee for Alliant 3. This places VSolvit in a competitive position to receive task orders under the new GWAC, enabling participation in a broad spectrum of federal IT work.

• VSolvit’s service portfolio includes systems delivery, secure application management, enterprise support, cloud integration, cybersecurity-aligned solutions, and data insights — aligning with key Alliant 3 scopes.

What This Means in 2026

• Being on Alliant 3 empowers VSolvit to compete for high-value federal contracts across IT modernization and mission-critical services. Access to task orders under Alliant 3 can drive growth in areas like cloud transitions, secure enterprise platforms, and emerging technology support.

• Agencies benefit from streamlined IT acquisitions through a trusted pool of contractors vetted under the GWAC. The full set of awards is ongoing, expanding opportunities for both current and future awardees as the Alliant 3 vehicle matures.
